What To Expect
Planning on proposing and want to document the moment? A surprise proposal is the perfect solution! After booking, we will work with you to plan every detail of your surprise proposal, ensuring it’s captured perfectly and that we settle on a preferred location and time to "bump into each other". Endless Memories will discreetly document the raw emotion, joy, and surprise of your proposal and then capture photos of the newly-engaged couple and any family or friends that may be in attendance. You’ll receive professionally edited, high-resolution JPG images delivered via an online photo gallery, making it easy to relive and share the magic. With full print and personal usage rights, you can create cherished keepsakes of this life-changing event. Led by one dedicated photographer, this session ensures your proposal is beautifully preserved for years to come.

The Fine Print
Payment Policy
50% of the total session cost is the initial amount due to reserve your session and is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 7 days prior to the session date. Endless Memories retains the right to terminate any agreement with no further obligation to the Client for non-payment.
Cancellation Policy
Greater Than 48 Hours Prior to Session Date/Time: 100% refund, minus booking retainer. Less than 48 Hours Prior to Session Date/Time: No refund. Booking is considered cancelled when The Client notifies Endless Memories of intent via writing.
License Policy
All photographs taken by Endless Memories will remain the property of Endless Memories and may be used for online and print self-promotion. The Client waives any claims for ownership, income, editorial control, and use of the images. The Client is granted the provisional permission to reproduce and manipulate the images, post them online and across social media, and make an unlimited number of prints for personal use only.

Step #1: Book Your Session
Booking your surprise proposal online has never been easier! Choose your session type, complete your contract, and pay the session retainer to reserve your session date and time. Date or time unavailable? Send us an inquiry to double check our availability.
Step #2: Complete Your Pre-Session Questionnaire
After you've booked your session online, be on the lookout for an email with a link to your Pre-Session Questionnaire. Completing this form helps us tailor a unique surprise proposal that brings your vision to life and helps us tell your story.
Step #3: Lights, Camera, Smile!
This is where the magic happens! During your session, we'll focus on all things FUN and guide you through natural poses that setup candid moments to create authentic, beautiful imagery.
Step #4: View Gallery & Order Prints
Within 1-2 days after your proposal, you’ll receive a link to a private online gallery with your professionally edited, high-resolution session images ready to download and share. You'll have the opportunity to easily order prints, albums, and wall art directly from your gallery and turn your memories into lasting keepsakes.
