$500 of the total cost of coverage is the initial amount due to reserve the event date and is due at the time of booking. In the event that the Client cancels their contract, this fee will be retained by Endless Memories in order to offset its loss of business. Final payment for coverage is due 30 days prior to the event date. Should the Client postpone the event date with intent to reschedule the event with Endless Memories, a new contract will be required to book the new date, assuming it is available. In such a case, all financial terms of the current contract will carry over to the new contract/date and no additional charges will be required of the Client. Endless Memories retains the right to terminate any agreement with no further obligation to the Client for non-payment.

Greater Than 30 Days Prior to Event Date/Time: 100% refund, minus booking retainer. Less than 30 days Prior to Event Date/Time: No refund. Booking is considered cancelled when the Client notifies Endless Memories of intent via writing.

All photographs taken by Endless Memories will remain the property of Endless Memories and may be used for online and print self-promotion. The Client waives any claims for ownership, income, editorial control, and use of the images. The Client is granted the provisional permission to reproduce and manipulate the images, post them online and across social media, and make an unlimited number of prints for personal use only. Modifications to this policy will apply for corporate events and private gatherings where privacy and confidentiality has been requested.
